On his journey, Dante Alighieri wrote about Hell, drawing inspiration from them: the Onferno Caves, recently designated as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. They are among the largest and most important karst caves in Italy, stretching for approximately 400 metres with a vertical drop of 64 metres. They are situated within a Nature Reserve which also offers trails and numerous routes for horse riding, cycling and hiking.

You can plan your holiday with complete freedom, choosing from:
- A visit to the Onferno Caves, recognised as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and are among the most important karst caves in Italy. Stretching for around 400 metres with a vertical drop of 64 metres, they are situated within a protected nature reserve.
- Hikes through the Valmarecchia and Valconca valleys
- Visits to artisan workshops to discover the techniques of ancient potters and mosaic artists
