We are situated in a peaceful, hilly area in Gemmano, halfway between Cattolica and the Republic of San Marino.
Unfortunately, it is not easily accessible by public transport.

The building is accessible, but there are some limitations due to steps at the entrance to the en-suite bathrooms and the access dimensions for the lift.

We are 20 km from the sea.

There is a chemist’s, a post office and a small shop in the immediate vicinity.

Yes, the parks are about 20 km away from us.

Yes, to confirm your booking, we require a deposit of 30%.

Cancellation is free of charge up to 14 days before the arrival date.

In the event of early departure, the full cost of the stay is payable, less the cost of any meals not taken.

Rooms are available for check-in between 2.00 pm and 10.00 pm. On the day of departure, guests must check out by 10.30 am.

The reception closes at 24:00 (12:00 p.m.). After this time, we provide an access key that allows you to return to your room unaided.

There is no tourist tax to pay in our municipality.

The treatment of half-board includes:
- Overnight stay in an air-conditioned room with a minibar;
- Buffet breakfast, to be enjoyed in the breakfast room or in the garden;
- Dinner with an à la carte menu (choose from three courses) served in the dining room or in the garden;
- Dinner with a choice of set menus and a vegetable buffet, served in the dining room (from 18 July onwards);
- Water included with meals;
- Use of all the hotel’s facilities (car park, swimming pool, Wi-Fi, children’s play area, fitness centre).

The treatment of bed and breakfast Includes: The items listed above for half-board, excluding dinner and water.

The Beach and Hills Package Includes: half-board, unlimited water, half a litre of local wine or another drink with meals, and beach service (thanks to our partnership with a beach club in Misano Adriatico).

Beach facilities are included only if you choose the ‘sea and hills’ package.

Yes, we have an outdoor swimming pool which is also suitable for children. It is open and accessible from 9.00 am to 1.00 pm and from 2.30 pm to 6.30 pm.

Our accommodation is suitable for young children, but there are no dedicated children’s activities.

Our partner beach is located in Misano Adriatico, about 20 km from the hotel.

Yes, the property has free car parking and a garage reserved for motorbikes.

Yes, pets are welcome. There is a daily surcharge of 10 euros.

We have an arrangement with an external bike hire service that delivers bikes directly to the hotel. Given our hilly surroundings, we mainly recommend and suggest electric bikes.
